7K Distillery is the closest distillery to Hobart's CBD, just 10 minutes away - on the way to MONA! The very heart of our Derwent Park distillery is our handmade copper still. It was made by our founder Tyler - not many distilleries can claim that they’ve made their copper pot still, and it's what sets 7K apart. A tour of our modern distillery will give you a glimpse of how we master our craft and a sample of some of our award-winning gins and spirits with our hospitable team.
