Starting where The Story of Sydney finishes, this indulgent food and beverage experience begins in our newest precinct, Barangaroo. Lotus restaurant is beautifully situated on the water, and serves a premium selection of dumplings, calamari, duck pancake and steamed vegetables, paired beautifully with refreshing jasmine tea. The paring continues with a local beer tasting and a delicious chef’s board, gin distillery tour and tasting, Black Star Pastry’s famous watermelon cake and your choice of beverage.
