A delicious bubbling gurgling magical distillery, and the obsession of one distiller, Stephen Dobson, who has also created a time travelling SpeakEasy for you to relax in and taste some of their international award-winning spirits and beers. The cellar door, which is open for tastings seven days a week, is also home to Restaurant Pinot, a stylish, sophisticated and relaxed dining experience featuring the very best of local produce.
