"The reef" is where serious surfers head, while safe swimming can be found at Narrawallee Inlet and the Bogey Hole - a large rock pool located on the headland. There are grassy reserves behind the beach that are perfect for picnics, relaxing and watching the kids at play. Fishing and whale watching are popular activities at Mollymook and, if you're lucky you'll see dolphins at Mollymook Bay.
