Have a question about ATDW?

  • How do I access the ATDW-Online platform?

    Easy, simply visit www.atdw-online.com.au, or if you have an existing listing, you will be sent an email with your login details and a link to ATDW-Online.

  • Will there be new login details and passwords?

    Yes, you will now log in with your business email address.

    If you are logging in for the first time, you will need to select the Forgot Password link to set your password.

    Please check your email inbox and follow the instruction to set your password.

  • Will my existing business listing still be available?

    Yes, your myATDW listing will be migrated across and available for editing in ATDW-Online.

  • I forgot my password and can't login, how can I access my account?

    Visit the atdw-online.com.au website and click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login page.

  • What if more than one person from our Organisation wants to access our listing?

    ATDW-Online will allow for multiple users per listing.  If you have multiple listings, these can also be linked together on request.

  • How will the new platform changes affect my listing?

    The implementation of ATDW-Online will not significantly change your current business listing, or distribution via our distributor network. There will still be a requirement that all product listings need to update at least every 12 months to retain their listing in the database.

  • I’ve finished entering information in a field or making a selection but nothing is happening. How do I move to the next step?

    Click out of the field to let the system know you are ready to move onto the next step.

  • I've uploaded my photo but nothing is happening.

    Photos can take a while to load depending on their size, your internet access and coverage. You should see an error message appear if the photo is not suitable.

  • What are the details of the new mandatory image size dimensions?

    ATDW-Online will enforce new minimum image requirements of 2048 x 1536 pixels. This size image can easily be captured on many smartphones and inexpensive digital cameras. Portrait images and text will no longer be accepted.

    Existing images which do not currently meet the new minimum size requirement will remain and contibue to work. However, when tourism operators access their ATDW-Online listing for the first time, if their stored images do not meet the requirements, the system will not permit any alterations to the listing until at least one new hi-res image is uploaded and meets the required minimum standard.

    ATDW-Online has a great image uploading tool which indicates which images do not meet the requirements, as well as assisting you to crop any suitable images to meet the required dimensions. Click here to see a demonstration video.

  • Why does the map on my Summary Page have a cross through it?

    This is a temporary glitch that occurs when Google Maps needs to be updated on your computer. Please restart your browser, and the view of the map on the Summary Page will be restored.

  • How long will it take for my new listing or my updates to appear?

    New listings and updates can take 3-5 business days to be approved. Once you receive the automated email advising your listing has been approved, you can expect to see your information on your state’s tourism site the following day. Please keep these timeframes in mind during your planning.

  • Can I make changes on my smartphone or tablet?

    The new system will be mobile device friendly, allowing operators to update their listing at a time convenient to them, wherever they are.

  • Are there any changes to the Events category?

    Two additional Event categories have been created to enable Business and Community Events to be added to the database.

  • Are there any other Category changes?

    A new Food and Drink category has been introduced. All wineries, breweries, distilleries, cooking schools and food producers will be migrated into this category.

  • Can I view analytics of my listing?

    A new analytics dashboard will allow businesses to view their listing performance across the ATDW distributor network, (websites that are displaying the information) and allow for benchmarking against similar types of listings within the same category.

  • Are there any extra features?

    ATDW-Online allows for the creation of a website widget that can be placed on any website to draw on other relevant ATDW business listings such as events.  This is a free service and will be especially useful for local councils to market events in their region by placing a widget on their website.

  • Why do I keep receiving invoices from Special Days/Internet Find/Accommodation Find/TravelGuide/etc asking for payment? I thought my listing was free?

    Please contact your State Tourism Organisation (STO) if you receive any unsolicited emails from this company.

    These are scam invoices and should be discarded immediately. Special Days Pty Ltd operate under a variety of names and continue to make contact with ATDW-Online members seeking payment for having a listing on one of their many websites.

    Unless you belong to an STO who charges a nominal fee to list, or have specifically signed up with an ATDW Distribution Partner to enhance your listing, at no stage should you be receiving emails or letters seeking payment for your listing.

  • I need help, who do I contact?

    Please contact your relevant State Tourism Organisation (STO). Details of each STO can be found here.
