Due to public health advice surrounding COVID-19, Tourism Operators are experiencing major disruption to business operations. We ask that you please update your ATDW listing with either a comment in the description advising of changes to your operation or by disabling your listing if, sadly, you are no longer operating.

If you are still operating we urge you to keep your content live and updated rather than disabling it – the ATDW continues to see large amounts of online traffic.

How to update your ATDW listing:

1. Go to ATDW-Online

2. Enter your username (email address) and password. If you don’t know your password, you can reset it here.

3. From your Listing Dashboard, click the UPDATE button next to the listing you would like to update.

4. Navigate to the section you would like to update by using the orange menu on the left, or by clicking on Summary to get an overview of your listing. We recommend adding details to the listing description to advise of your current circumstances.

5. Click on Send for Review when you have finished updating your listing.

6. Your updates will be reviewed and approved within 1-2 days.

How to disable (unpublish) your ATDW listing:

*Note: Disabled listings can be retrieved for re-use at a later date – please contact your STO if required. 1. Go to ATDW-Online

2. Enter your username (email address) and password. If you don’t know your password, you can reset it here.

3. From your Listing Dashboard, click the UPDATE button next to the listing you would like to disable.

4. Click on the MORE… button in the top right-hand corner of the page.

5. Click on Request to disable.

6. Your listing will be disabled within 1-2 business days.
