Woolwich Dock and Parklands

Located opposite on the Sydney Harbour foreshore opposite Cockatoo Island, Woolwich Dock and Parklands is a precinct steeped in maritime history. Due to its placement at the junction of Parramatta and Lane Cove Rivers, the Traditional Owners – the Wallumedegal People – know the area as Moocooboola, which means ‘the meeting of the rivers’.
