Bullocks Flat

Bullocks Flat, located by the Thredbo River, is the location of the Ski Tube - the rack rail train which operates to Perisher Ski Resort in winter. Nearby is Bullocks Hut, built-in 1934 for Doctor Bullock as a fishing lodge. The National Park took ownership of the hut in 1969. The river offers a good place to fish and there is a short walk in the area to take and enjoy the wildlife, views and wildflowers when in season....
